A penis pump uses a vacuum (negative pressure) to cause your penis to fill with blood and become erect. This makes your penis bigger and increases its girth. It also enables men with erectile dysfunction to achieve an erection. With enough training and time, long-term improvements can also be achieved.

First, apply a good amount of cream to the entire pelvic area. Next, pull the cylinder over the flaccid penis and press it against your body. Attach the hose on the vacuum pump to the hose connection on the cylinder and create the vacuum by activating the pump. At the beginning of the application, create the vacuum so that your penis has a good and powerful erection. The tissue should slowly get used to the vacuum. Keep opening the pressure regulator during use. This allows the blood to flow back easily. Then pump again. This type of application gives you an erection with blood flow. Using the device with the pressure regulator permanently closed creates an erection with a blood congestion.

Use the penis pump for a maximum of 20 minutes and make sure that it always feels comfortable. If the penis pump does not fit or seal well, remove it and place it again in a more comfortable position. If you experience pain, numbness and/or discoloration of the penis during use, discontinue use immediately.

Before use: A penis ring placed over the base of the penis prevents blood from flowing back once the vacuum has been released and the cylinder removed. This keeps the erection stable for a certain period of time.
