First, apply a good amount of cream to the entire pelvic area. Next, pull the cylinder over the flaccid penis and press it against your body. Use the penis pump for a maximum of 20 minutes and make sure that it always feels comfortable. Before use: A penis ring placed over the base of the penis prevents blood from flowing back once the vacuum has been released and the cylinder removed. This keeps the erection stable for a certain period of time.
