First, apply a good amount of cream to the entire pelvic area. Next, pull the cylinder over the flaccid penis and press it against your body. Attach the hose on the vacuum pump to the hose connection on the cylinder and create the vacuum by activating the pump. At the beginning of the application, create the vacuum so that your penis has a good and powerful erection. The tissue should slowly get used to the vacuum. Keep opening the pressure regulator during use. This allows the blood to flow back easily. Then pump again. This type of application gives you an erection with blood flow. Use the penis pump for a maximum of 20 minutes and make sure that it always feels comfortable.
