A penis pump uses a vacuum (negative pressure) to cause your penis to fill with blood and become erect. This makes your penis bigger and increases its girth. First, apply a good amount of cream to the entire pelvic area. Next, pull the cylinder over the flaccid penis and press it against your body. Attach the hose on the vacuum pump to the hose connection on the cylinder and create the vacuum by activating the pump.
